Working closely with a nutrition professional provides accountability, motivation, and support to help you stick with your goals. This program requires frequent check-ins and on-going monitoring of your food journal providing the next level of accountability.
• Month 1 will include weekly 30-min sessions focusing on the basics.
• Month 2 will include shorter 15-min weekly check-ins to review how we apply the topics addressed in the first month.
• Month 3 will include two 30-min sessions to address what we’ve learned to set goals going forward as well as reviewing results.
• Those who finish this program will be eligible for reduced rates on future appointments!
